Q: I just placed an order. When should I expect to receive it?
A: Delivery timelines vary by texture.
Signature Wavy: Please allow 8–10 business days from your order date for processing and delivery.
Signature Curly, Sultry Curly, and Supreme Curly: Please allow 12–14 business days from your order date for processing and delivery.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your purchase has been successfully received.
Please note that your shipping confirmation email and tracking information will not be sent until your order has shipped. If you have only received an order confirmation email, your order is still being processed and prepared for shipment.
As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Q: The expected shipping window has passed and I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
A: We work diligently to communicate delays as soon as they are noticed, but if there are any additional questions feel free to contact ashtonsocietyco@gmail.com and we will be sure to follow up within 2-3 business days.
Q: I am not satisfied with my order. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, if receipt of items has been confirmed, no refunds are allowed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact ashtonsocietyco@gmail.com and we will work with you to provide a solution.
If you have not received your order, please feel free to contact ashtonsocietyco@gmail.com and we will follow up with you to provide a refund or replacement.
Also, to alleviate this issue, Ashton Society, Co. requires signature confirmation for delivery.
Q: How many bundles are needed for a full sew in?
A: For a full head sew in:
Up to 18” → 2 bundles
20–24” → 3 bundles
26”+ → 4 bundles
But Ashton Society bundles are full from root to tip. So if you want a natural density or you’re leaving more hair out for a versatile look:
✔️ 2 bundles of 20”
✔️ 3 bundles of 26”

Q: What is the difference between natural color, jet black, and soft black?
A: Natural color, also known as color 2, is a natural dark brown color that can appear black from a distance.
Jet Black, also known as color 1, is a rich, deep, dark shade of black.
Soft Black, also known as 1B, is a softer, more natural, off black shade.
Jet Black and Soft Black are custom coloring options available as an add-on for your convenience ( 1 additional business day needed for processing).
